To make deep connections with luxury consumers of the 21st century, I believe we must master the experience of time in space to perfect the feeling of luxury.  Mastering the experience of time in space simply means that we must design brand experiences that connect our outer reality (physical world) with our inner reality (spiritual world) by integrating moments of distinctiveness into the branded journey. 

In a world where digital, virtual & physical realities are blurring, merging our perceptions of both inner and outer realities, there has never been a better time than now to impress luxury consumers.  By mixing carefully curated moments of extraordinariness along the experienced path, we create sensorial memory markers in the human brain, markers that can be recalled later, in memory or in dreams, as a way to relive the experience. 

I call these moments Extraordinary Moments of Time in Space (EMTS) because these moments define our lives by transforming something deep inside of us.
